Running better than before

I sent a message about my GTX 1080 that recently stopped working and was not detected by windows at all. I was expecting to be told that it was too old and not worth fixing, to my surprise he came back to me promptly with a reasonable quote “if” it was fixable. I Sent it to him via the courier guy and a few days later he gave me a progress update and let me know what parts had gone due to corrosion and that he had ordered the replacements. A few weeks later she is back with me and running better than before.
